By using Tnylst (the “App”) or our website at tnylst.app, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. The service
Tnylst is a personal inventory and shopping-list helper for household items (food, fridge goods, cleaning supplies, and similar). Features include on-device inventory, local low-stock alerts, an order list, optional live family links (me.tnylst.app), and a bilingual English/Persian interface. Household inventory stays on the iPhone. A live link publishes only the order-list fields you leave on, and it expires automatically (typically within 7 days).
2. Personal use
You are responsible for the accuracy of quantities and for decisions you make based on alerts or shared lists. The App provides estimates and reminders only — not purchasing guarantees.
3. No medical or safety guarantee
Alerts about stock levels are convenience features, not guarantees of safety, freshness, or product quality. Always check expiry dates and product labels yourself.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App or websites, attempt to disrupt them, reverse engineer in violation of law, or use them for unlawful purposes.
5. Intellectual property
The Tnylst name, design, branding, and sample content are provided for personal use as distributed to you. Third-party trademarks (if mentioned) remain the property of their owners.
6. Third-party services
Sharing may use Apple’s share sheet and apps you choose. Optional live family lists are stored temporarily at me.tnylst.app so family can tick items, only for lists you explicitly share, and expire automatically. Hosting may use Cloudflare. Those services have their own terms.
7. Disclaimer
THE APP AND WEBSITES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App or websites.
8. Changes
Terms may be updated when the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
