By using Tnylst (the “App”) or our websites at tnylst.app / me.tnylst.app, you agree to these Terms of Use with AdamCodes Ltd (“we”, “us”).
1. The service
Tnylst is a personal inventory and shopping-list helper for household items (food, fridge goods, cleaning supplies, and similar). Features may include low-stock alerts, an order list, bilingual interface, and optional live family shopping links.
2. Personal use
You are responsible for the accuracy of quantities and for decisions you make based on alerts or shared lists. The App provides estimates and reminders only — not purchasing guarantees.
3. No medical or safety guarantee
Alerts about stock levels are convenience features, not guarantees of safety, freshness, or product quality. Always check expiry dates and product labels yourself.
4. Live shared lists
- Live links create a temporary copy of list content on our servers so others can view and tick items.
- Anyone with the link can view and update ticks for that list until it expires or is closed.
- Do not include sensitive personal data in item names or notes you publish to a live list.
- We may limit abuse, rate-limit, or remove lists that harm the service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App or websites, attempt to disrupt them, reverse engineer in violation of law, or use them for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The Tnylst name, design, branding, and sample content are provided by AdamCodes Ltd for personal use as distributed to you. Third-party trademarks (if mentioned) remain the property of their owners.
7. Third-party services
Sharing may use Apple’s share sheet and apps you choose. Hosting and live-list infrastructure may use Cloudflare. Those services have their own terms.
8. Disclaimer
THE APP AND WEBSITES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdamCodes Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App or websites.
9. Changes
Terms may be updated when the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
